Meet Your Chalet Host

Nicola

We are delighted to welcome Nicola back for the winter 2016-17 season. After completing a degree in Culinary Arts and working in the 5* Four Seasons Hotel in Dublin, Nicola headed to the sunny French Riviera. Here she worked with celebrity chef Serge Gouloumes in his starred restaurant Le Mas Candille. Focusing on French patisserie Nicola developed a real passion for food and how to get the best out of simple, fresh ingredients. Under the guidance of Serge she discovered the importance of hard work, creativity, enthusiasm and flexibility; attributes that are imperative in the chalet business as well.

After two years of hard work, and with a wealth of culinary experience, Nicola went in search of a new challenge. Since 2011 she has worked as a private chef on board a super yacht travelling throughout the Mediterranean developing further her culinary style. Nicola is fanatical about food and loves nothing more than dinner in a nice restaurant with a good glass of wine. In her spare time she loves to keep fit, travel and snowboarding.
